The effects of our aging underground infrastructure make the news every day. Read how deteriorating pipes threaten health, disrupt lives and hinder economic development.

Many of the agencies and municipalities listed below are currently implementing major programs to upgrade their water and wastewater infrastructure systems. Unfortunately, a subtstantial portion of the underground infrastructure is long past its useful life and needs immediate attention. Few agencies have the financial resources to address this overwhelming problem.  We encourage you to support your local leaders as they address this critical issue.
