Cory D. Street on his internship at Insituform:

I spent the entire summer of 2005 working on an Insituform crew in Phoenix.  Anybody who knows the area knows we have a hot "dry" heat.  Working construction is tough period.  Working in 115 degree heat really pushes peoples' limits and agitation levels.  I did learn quite a lot about trenchless pipeline rehabilitation using Insituform's products.  Even though it is such a large company, once you're an Insituform employee, you feel like part of a family.  The experience was wonderful and one that I hope other students would take advantage of to learn more about the trenchless industry.  Doing an internship complemented the trenchless construction course that I took in school.  It is because of all of these positive experiences that I look forward to working in the trenchless industry upon graduation.
