Insituform & the Texas BuyBoard - Streamlined Procurement

 The Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) has been proactive in developing a cooperative purchasing tool to make the procurement process easier for you. It's called the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative, or the BuyBoard. Jointly, the Cooperative and Insituform offer a way for you to proceed straight to requesting a proposal, shortening the project life cycle of pipe rehabilitation.
Contracts on the Texas BuyBoard are competitively bid, approved by the Texas Association of School Boards and endorsed by the Texas Municipal League and the Texas Association of Counties. This ensures that prices are competitive and quality is high, without all of the red-tape and hassle. In fact, a survey by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing found that 86% of its members save at least 10% on cooperative purchases using services such as BuyBoard.
