Insituform Appoints Chuck Voltz as Vice President of NAR Services
Former Veolia Water North America - West LLC President Brings 30-Years of Engineering,
Manufacturing Operations and Technical Support Experience
CHESTERFIELD, MO January 5, 2009 –
Insituform Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq Global Select
Market: INSU) today announced that it
appointed Charles E. (“Chuck”) Voltz as Vice President, NAR Services effective
December 18, 2008.
Mr. Voltz comes to
Insituform from Veolia Water North America - West LLC, located in Pleasant Hill, California,
where he had served as its President since 2007. Mr. Voltz will oversee
wetout operations, estimating, procurement and asset management for
North America.

Mr. Voltz earned a BS degree from
PennsylvaniaStateUniversity in Water Resources Engineering and his MBA in Environmental Engineering from the
University of
Pittsburgh.
He is a licensed professional engineer and
has over 30 years experience providing expert technical support to water and
wastewater, engineering and construction projects nationwide.
