Insituform Awarded US$6.0 Million in Additional Work in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
CHESTERFIELD, MO,
January 23, 2009 – Insituform
Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq Global Select Market: INSU) today announced that it was
awarded an additional US$6.0 million in sewer pipe rehabilitation work for the
City of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This
work was work awarded under the Company’s current three-year term contract with
the City of Hamilton,
which is in its second year. Insituform
expects to perform approximately 90,000 feet of small- and medium- diameter sanitary
sewer lining under this contract award. Work on the project is currently
underway and should be completed within twelve months.
