Chesterfield, MO – February 12, 2009 -- Insituform Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq Global Select Market: INSU) will issue its financial results for the quarter and year-ended December 31, 2008 on Thursday, February 26, 2009 after the close of the market.

Joe Burgess, President and Chief Executive Officer will host a conference call on Friday, February 27, 2009 to discuss fourth quarter and year-end financial results.  After opening remarks, there will be a limited question and answer period.
