Insituform Technologies, Inc. To Announce First Quarter 2009 Results and Hold Conference Call

Chesterfield, MO, April 9, 2009 -- Insituform Technologies, Inc. will issue its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 on Thursday, April 23, 2009 after the close of the market.

Joe Burgess, President and Chief Executive Officer, will host a conference call on Friday, April 24, 2009 to discuss first quarter financial results. After opening remarks, there will be a limited question and answer period.
